mood theme crossposting problem?

I just saw something weird while changing my mood theme over at livejournal: the crossposted entries had the correct "current mood", but the image was not showing.
I edited the entry there and the image appeared.
So I'm trying what happens now, to determine if there's this little problem with mood themes in crossposted entries if DW has a different mood theme than LJ, if it only happens in the crossposted entries before you do the mood theme change at LJ, of if was only my journal glitching / my navigator playing jedy tricks with my mind.
edit (13:47): ok, verified: if your lj mood theme is different than your dw mood theme, the image at the crossposted entry over lj will not show.
Now, it is something that happens with every crossposted entry (even if the mood themes are the same), or it is something that happens when the mood themes are different?
Is it a know issue / bug?
edit (23:33): I've opened a support request, so time to wait and see if this is something extended or what's happening.

ct says this is a bug lot of people is experiencing, but there isn't an estimate time when this will be fixed.
I've closed the request, because they already know about it and that was the main purpose of the support request in the first place.
